Set the MIGRATOR in the decoys where it's more natural - keeping their eyes on the flags and decoys, not on you!      

Flags are facing you and into the wind which is natural to approaching birds. This resembles birds taking off, landing, fighting over feed, or stretching. Great for running traffic or getting the attention of distant birds.
